When placing an order, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Orders can only be made to purchase merchandise without resale. Any resale or distribution of products purchased through the website is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as those orders that have been requested by a customer with whom there may be a difference. / controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may make us think that the customer is violating any of the specified purchase conditions or is participating in any criminal activity.

2.1. Purchase procedure

If you are placing an order for the first time with us, you will be asked to register by entering your email address and a password with which you can create and access your account.

In the case of a registered user with an active account, you must enter your email and password and the system will recognize your data.

2.2. Offer Coverage

The delivery areas of these items are limited to the EU, being able to place orders from other locations accepting the shipping costs detailed in the order.

2.4. Contract with SILKFULL and order acceptance

Contract with SILKFULL and order acceptance The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail as acknowledgment of receipt, but this will not imply that the order has been accepted, as they will be subject to our subsequent verification and acceptance.

We will confirm the acceptance of the order in an e-mail in which we will inform you that the order is being sent. Only at that time is the contract between you and us formalized, and only for the related items in said shipping confirmation.

 

2.5. Confirmation and cancellation of orders

Prior to the completion of the order on your part on the website, you can review all the details associated with it (amounts broken down into all necessary headings – taxes, transport costs, selection of items, etc.), being able to correct the that you consider necessary.

After confirmation it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website, you should contact SILKFULL. In this case, the order can only be modified or canceled if the garment has not entered the shipment phase from our warehouses.

 

2.6. Currency, taxes and price

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable rate will be the one legally valid at all times.

In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be considered exempt from VAT, without prejudice to the application of taxes and tariffs derived from the entry and exit of the product in said territories (according to current regulations), and which must be be paid directly by the customer to the logistics operator responsible for the delivery of the product.

All prices are shown in euros (€) and should be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT or not depending on the territory of delivery, as indicated in the previous paragraphs). Transportation costs (if applicable) as well as taxes and tariffs for the entry and exit of the product in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included in that price.

Purchases destined for the Canary Islands are exempt from Spanish VAT, but the customer must bear the taxes and expenses of entry and exit of the product in their Community (IGIC, customs clearance, etc.). These expenses must be paid directly by the customer to the logistics operator responsible for the delivery of the product. In the same way, the customer must bear the cost of leaving the product of his community (customs clearance) when the order is returned.

 

2.7. Payment and security

Any order placed must be paid immediately upon confirmation of the order. Only orders are placed for which payment has been completed and verified.

Payment must be made by credit and debit card (issued by an entity based in Spain) or through PayPal.

The amount of the order will be charged to your card, so you must indicate the number, the expiration date and the security code CW2 (included on the front). In the event that your card is secured, you will be asked for the relevant security codes.

For security reasons, if you choose PayPal as a payment method, once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address.

These data will not be saved or manipulated by us, but will be registered directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity. For greater security, we will use a Secure Electronic Commerce Authentication Service, a system established by Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard, whereby the client is authenticated to its issuing banks and the merchant is authenticated to its acquiring bank.

In order to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the transactions, these are carried out through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit security keys.

The charge will be carried out in real time through this payment gateway. In case the charge cannot be finally carried out (for any reason), the order will be automatically canceled.

 

2.8. Deliveries: types, deadlines and problems

Delivery can be made at the address you choose (except in the post office box)

Home delivery of orders will be made by a logistics operator within normal business hours at the address indicated by you when placing the order. If there is no one at that address when the logistics operator comes, this will leave a note and your customer service department will try to contact you to close the delivery.

The usual delivery period will be approximately 24 to 48 hours in the peninsula, 3 to 7 days in the Islands and the European Union and 7 to 10 days in the rest of the world, after the approval of the order. This period may increase in sales periods, Christmas campaigns or in case of customs procedures or other circumstances derived from (for information purposes only) geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, breaches of our suppliers , etc. as well as any other attributable to the logistics operator responsible for the delivery of the product. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise due to any of the reasons mentioned above.

Transportation costs will be free in Spain. For the customer in the EU territory the cost is € 10.00. If you are out, you should check the amount in the shipping calculation tab of the order page. In the case of shipping to physical stores, transportation costs will always be free.

If, at the time of delivery, the packaging of the order is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to verify the status of the items. If damage is observed, you must detail them on the delivery note and contact SILKFULL. We will repair or replace at no cost to you all those items that have been damaged or lost during transport,as long as you notify us of this incident as soon as possible. Please note that orders will be weighed for delivery before shipping.

Once the order is delivered, it will become part of your property and therefore, all damages that may arise will be your responsibility.

 

2.9. Return, exchange and refund policy

You can request that we send a messenger to your home or deliver it to a GLS office. In both cases, the return is free. For orders delivered in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must bear the cost of the product (IGIC, customs clearance) when the order is returned.

We remind you that the deadline for any return is 14 days from the date the order is placed.

RETURNS

 

You must access the return order on the website and inform SILKFULL through the contact form. You will receive an e-mail with the indications to that effect.

You must send the item (s) in the original packaging in which it was delivered by the logistics operator.

Once the return has been received by us, we will verify that the items physically returned correspond to the delivery note and additionally that they have been received in perfect conditions of use, complete, in their original packaging and without indications of having been used. If the verification of the order status is satisfactory we will proceed to reimburse you for the money that you had paid at the time on the same credit card from which you made the payment, within a maximum period of 10 days. Otherwise, we will contact you to send the item again (the transport costs associated with this new shipment will be at your expense).

In the event that the reason for the return is a tare, you must identify in your mailing request that the reason is a tare.

Once verified that it is indeed a damage, we will contact you to inform you of the two possible options: well that you completely desist the order, in which case we will reimburse you for the money that you had paid at the time on the same card credit from which you made the payment as well as the cost of transport of the return, or that you decide that we replace the item sent with another one in perfect condition and we will send the item to you completely free of charge.

Returns of the articles in which it is declared that they have been used are not allowed.

Changes in size, color or item can be made with the same procedure.

 

2.10. Warranty and product information

The products that we present on our website are a careful selection of our collection. We have taken special care to show with great precision the colors and characteristics of our products. Of course, the calibration of each monitor is different, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays the colors with complete accuracy.

We work to try to offer our clients the maximum accuracy and reliability of the information detailed on the website (names, product properties, photographs, etc.), but we are not responsible for any potential errors that may exist. All graphic material as well as descriptions are offered for information purposes. In this sense, we can correct errors or omissions on the website without generating any responsibility.

 

2.11. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase

In general, if the User contracts as a consumer and user, he has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days.

This period expires once the 14 calendar days have elapsed from the day on which the User is delivered the requested item.

The user must abide by all the conditions of purchase and return contained in this document, and consequently, to exercise the right to withdrawal from purchase, the items must meet the requirements mentioned in the RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY section.
